I have worked with the Newport branch of Mr and Mrs Clarke Estate Agents for many years, producing content for many of their homes.

We have always aimed to tell a different story at each home and do more than just display the four walls. The goal is to allow the prospective buyer to imagine themselves living within the homes.

Who is this kind of content for?

Estate agents who are looking to level up what they can offer their clients in terms of the quality of the listings they provide.

Who consumes this content?

This is primarily a B2C style of content that is aimed towards estate agents on the property market.

However, all of the same points can be made for those wanting to sell B2B on the retail or commercial market.

Why is this content effective?

An AXA study showed that with a small amount of staging and professional images, the average buyers perceived valuation of a property increased by 21%.

Data shows that using video generates a 1200% increase in shares than just using text and images.

​

While using our services our clients have reported an increase in viewers, faster rates of sales and a marked improvement in listing quality.
